I'm a dynamic and engaging leader with over 20 years of technology experience, and love to spread my enthusiasm to others, whether in Customer Success consulting, team development, or mentoring women in technology.
I bring order to chaos, designing practical frameworks for Customer Success that scale as your company grows. I’ve worked with companies from pre-Seed startups to 15+ year veteran SaaS organizations, providing everything from organizational roadmaps to engagement strategy to execution and operations. My background also includes DevOps, ALM with Scrum, Waterfall, and SAFe, product training, onboarding and adoption, and project and program management.
When I'm not geeking out about Customer Success, I’m passionate about women succeeding in the male-dominated world of IT and supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Personally, I enjoy volunteering, kayaking, and even working on my 1957 Chevy BelAir.
